Even a password reset to my accounts do not work via their URL and you have to wait several days to get the next response from them. They don't even have a sametime / instant message so all correspondance have to be by email / costly phone. My product on Windows 10 didn't fully activate and have spent numerous times on support email getting anywhere and cannot get a resolution. I then purchased at great expense their product £170 and this is where my problems happened. Use it in trial version to transfer one mobile to another seemed to work in demo mode.
